Sacred Duty: A Soldiers Tour at Arlington Cemetery

 

Tom Cotton is the real deal. A Harvard Law graduate, commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, an Army Ranger, he served in the 101st Airborne and was deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Tom Cotton is a highly decorated war veteran earning a Bronze Star for bravery and now serves his home State of Arkansas as a U.S. Senator. At the end of his military career he served with the 3rd Infantry Division now known as "The Old Guard."The Old Guard is a Ceremonial regiment tasked with conducting funerals at Arlington National Cemetery. Senator Cotton's book is about his duty with "The Old Guard" and he relates the fascinating history of the Army's 3rd.
