New York's New Abortion Law
On the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, New York state Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed into law the Reproductive Health Act (RHA), legalizing late-term abortion at any time before birth. In a state where 25-27% of all pregnancies end in abortion, life in the womb has become an even more dangerous place to be.
