Mike Pompeo's Christian Belief's Under Media Scrutiny

Like Mike Pence, Mike Pompeo is very open about his Christian faith and values. Because of this he is being accused of mixing his Christian faith with U.S. foreign policy. In a speech  at a conference of the "American Israel Public Affairs Committee," a pro-Israel group, he told a story of a Christian man in Hungary, who during WWII, was responsible for saving 3000 Jewish lives, he concluded, "As secretary of state and as a Christian, I'm proud to lead American diplomacy to support Israel's right to defend itself." By this remark one can see that he is obviously one of those Christian Zionist's and an Islamophobe to boot!

Do we expect our elected officials to not have a world view that differs from the secular left? Heaven forbid if you express a Christian view publicly on any subject. The Secretary of State's job is to further the administration's policy on foreign affairs and not their own. Secretary of State Pompeo is doing just that and nothing more.

An Archaeological Dig That Could Change The Future Of Jerusalem

The City of David, Jerusalem, was the capital of the Judean Kings. The Jerusalem of the Bible is located on a narrow ridge just outside the walls of the modern city, on an 11 acre mound, that was once the seat of the Davidic dynasty. Here in lies the problem, the site is in East Jerusalem on and beneath land that Palestinians want to be incorporated into their future state. Archaeologist's have made several exciting finds that substantiate Biblical accounts of the ancient city. A bulla or clay seal stamped with "Natan-Melech the Kings Servant."
